Uses:
This filter is the international standard four and four or more
clean room applications. (5 equivalent to the usual 100), for 0.1-0.2um material is more
efficient.
Are used for ultra large scale integrated circuits, precision
component production, nuclear engineering and other requirements
super-efficient filtration project.
Structural material and code:
Frame material: aluminum alloy (L); stainless steel (S).
Filter Paper: Germany or the United States imported super efficient
ULPA glass fiber filter paper.
Sealant: Polyurethane glue.
Partitions: Hot Melt (R); thick glass fiber filter thin strips (T).
